Information about your customers — including the photos, work orders and approvals they see in the portal — belongs to your workshop. Access is limited to what the customer portal needs to show them their job.
Approvals are stored with a signed timestamp and audit trail so you stay covered. Data is held in Australian data centres and backed up as part of the service.
